Introduction:Shuangxi Heaven City, developed by Zhejiang Nanbei Real Estate Corporation, is a residence community locating in Fuyang, Zhejiang province. This community consists of 2 town houses and 20 villas. The construction area of this project is 15,000m2. The area of Aluminum windows, doors and handrails is 3,500m2 in total. To obtain much light from outside and enlarge the window view, the houses are designed with large windows. Medium-quality aluminum sections and large-size double glazing are required by this project. Westlake Windows and Doors Ltd engaged this project in May 2006 and finished in January 2007. The aluminum windows, doors and handrails completed by Westlake Ltd is recognized as high-quality finish as indicated in the result of the project inspection.

Introduction:Shuangxi Heaven City, developed by Zhejiang Nanbei Real Estate Corporation, is a residence community locating in Fuyang, Zhejiang province. This community consists of 2 town houses and 20 villas. The construction area of this project is 15,000m2. The area of Aluminum windows, doors and handrails is 3,500m2 in total. To obtain much light from outside and enlarge the window view, the houses are designed with large windows. Medium-quality aluminum sections and large-size double glazing are required by this project. Westlake Windows and Doors Ltd engaged this project in May 2006 and finished in January 2007. Westlake Ltd won the project tender over five competitors and started this project in May 2005. Introduction:Huijin Garden is owned by Lin'an Huijin Real Estate Group. With convincing bidding documents and reasonable price, Westlake Windows and Doors Ltd won the bid of Huijin Project phase two, which is a residence community close to the central park of the Lin'an city. Occupying 55,000 square meter construction area, nine towers have been completed within Huijin project phase two. The height of the towers varies from 15 floors to 18 floors. The total area of the aluminum windows and doors is 11,000 square meters, which includes Sliding Windows, Sliding Doors, Hinge Windows Hinge Doors, Awning Windows and Aluminum Handrails. This project also requires PVC windows and doors for four 7-floor towers. Huijin Project phase two was completed in Oct 2005. As having completed this project with great product quality and impressing efficiency, Westlake Windows and Doors Ltd. has received another contract from Lin'an Huijin Real Estate Group. The new contract covers 100,000 square meter construction area with 20,000 square meter aluminum windows and doors. Westlake Ltd is in charge of the engineering, fabrication, installation and all related ancillaries of the aluminum windows and doors for the new contract.
